Stedroy has been in love with Hip Hop ever since he was young. He was enrolled in dance classes at 8 years old at Magic & Motion, but really fell in love with the craft at 12 when he met his mentor Wayne Santos at Marquis Dance Academy. Growing up, Stedroy had a cousin named Naquan who was a naturally gifted dancer that inspired him to keep learning and growing.
As he started to compete in local dance competitions, he achieved tremendous success as a competitive soloist. Stedroy become the recipient of the Manitoba Dance Festival Scholarship (x2), taking home Gold at Dance World Cup (Niagara Falls), while being undefeated in all local solo dance competitions in Winnipeg.
These days Stedroy is working on growing as a Choreographer, Teacher, and continuing to evolve his individual style.
