Yoga

In effort to create balance in a dancer's life, we are offering yoga classes 3 times a week with the amazing Tracy Tomchuk!  These classes will be customized with the dancer in mind by integrating calmness and awareness of self into our hectic and demanding dance schedules.

 

Benefits of Yoga include:

-Increased strength and muscle tone

Yoga will also be integrated into our competitive team training regularly in effort to improve our dancers everyday lives!
